Refund policy

You can return your unused, undamaged or defective item(s) within 3 Business days. If 3 Business days have gone by since your products were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Unpacked or Used Health and personal care items are not eligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, then you will receive back the original paid amount to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 Business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will be excluding all Shipping and return shipping fees.

In case of late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your credit card company and/or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
